Typically found on vehicles with 02M / 02Q manual gearbox's on models from 2008 onwards, however if you are unsure please let us know your reg / chassis number and we will confirm this part is suitable for your vehicle!
Item 27A on the diagram in the 2nd image. This securing ring goes with the 84.5mm end cap, typically 02M301211D - See 3rd image!
This product is not for use with earlier gearboxes where the plastic cap does not have an externaly visible shim. Or gearboxes where there is no plastic cap!
