Description

AKS VAG 1.8T Billet  Injector Cup Kit

These billet injector cups are the solution to replace the old plastic OEM cups which are known to crack and break.

These cups are designed in a way that the injector sits straight assisting in a better spray. These cups are highly recommended if you are replacing your injectors as well as a general upgrade.

They come as a set of 4 and are not sold individually. 

They are available in black or silver and they are designed for specific engine codes. Please select from the drop down menus above.

Tools Required To Fit

17mm Allen Key For Large Port

20mm Allen Key For Small Port

We recommend the use of Loctite 545 to seal the cups to the inlet manifold (Loctite does not come with the cup kit)

When installing, you do not need to torque these. simply tighten until they feel tight.

Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions. AKS Tuning must be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.

Please note there is a £1.20 refund fee and we can not reimburse any postage costs.
