Not all catch can systems are created equal. The RacingLine Oil Catch Can is engineered specifically for the Volkswagen Group’s latest EA888 Gen.4 2.0 TSI engines to keep your intercooler, inlet tracts, and intake system free from oil build-up - ensuring consistently clean, unrestricted airflow.
By preventing oil and water vapour from recirculating through the intake, the system helps to minimise long-term carbon accumulation within the inlet manifold and valves. The result is sustained performance and efficiency, mile after mile.

Every aspect of the RacingLine system has been developed to maintain proper crankcase ventilation under road, track, and race conditions alike. At its heart lies a large-capacity, triple-baffled catch can, using a sophisticated foam and baffle filtration setup to separate oil mist and condensation with exceptional efficiency.

Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium and finished in a durable gloss black anodising, the catch can is as visually refined as it is functional - a true piece of engineering art in your engine bay. It features an integrated, knurled dipstick for effortless fluid level checks and a base drain plug for quick servicing. For even easier maintenance, an optional Remote Drain Kit can be added using the dropdown options.

Mounted neatly beside the engine mount and secured using the factory chassis bolt, the RacingLine Catch Can integrates seamlessly for a clean, OEM-style installation that looks right at home in any engine bay.

Washer Bottle Relocation Kit
If your vehicle has the washer bottle filler on the Left Hand side of the engine bay, You WILL need this!

Quick Drain Kit
This handy little extra will allow you to quickly empty the Oil Catch Tank without removing it from the vehicle.

Please Note

US customers only, the below is not applicable to UK or European market vehicles!

For US-specification EA888.4 vehicles only, fitment of this management kit will trigger a vehicle warning due to removal of the PCV pressure sensor (06H906052B or D) that is fitted in the US-market cars.

​How to tell if it fits your car? See the last image in this website listing, check on your PCV valve for the sensor shown in the circle. If your car has this sensor fitted then the warning WILL occur.

Whilst the RacingLine Catch Can will fully function on these cars, a suitable ECU calibration would be required to eliminate the warning light.
