AKS Tuning High Flow Injectors For EA113 2.0 TFSI Engines - AKSHFI002

Here at AKS we have been offering high flow injectors for the TFSI platform for many years, and in Summer 2025 we are excited to introduce our newest 'MK2' variant. Our previous 'MK1' variant high flow injectors were made using Hitachi OE style K04 injectors, the new 'MK2' variant instead began the journey to big power as brand new, genuine VAG K04 injectors, part number - 06F906036F. We then set about modifying each injector to turn them into a higher flow item, ready for all high power TFSI builds from K04 hybrids to Nortech turbo kits!

Every single injector is tested and flow rated, which enables us to provide the injectors to you in flow matched sets. Stainless steel filter baskets - K03/4BASKET - are also fitted to get rid of the inferior factory fit plastic baskets these injectors come with. We also fit genuine VAG injector Seals and clips, part number - 06D998907.

Because the injectors start life as a TFSI fitment part, they are direct fitment in all transverse, EA113 2.0 TFSI engines. No need for any kind of cylinder head or wiring modifications, unlike required for fitting 8P / 8V1 RS3 injectors. (A popular method for bigger power cars before high flow injectors really kicked off)

The spray pattern of our injectors matches the stock, unmodified item. This minimises any cold start, idle and black smoke issues. 

These injectors will be suitable for builds using K04 hybrid turbo's, such as TTE420 or TTE480 turbos. Also bigger power tubular manifold / Nortech turbo kits using large frame Garrett, Precision Turbos, etc.

Please Note

- Please do NOT purchase these injectors if your tuner doesn't have a clue how to make them work correctly in your vehicle. Once fitted we cannot accept any injectors back for exchange or refund! As these injectors do not have any base file per say, they require tuning from the ground up. Before purchasing, it is worth speaking with your chosen tuner / mapper. 

- Do NOT fit these injectors into your vehicle until you are ready to get the vehicle mapped. They will not operate on a K03/4 tune, be it stock or mapped (ie stage 1, 2, 2+, 3 & so on...)

- These injectors come with a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This does not cover any consequential loss, damage or labour under any circumstances. Even though they begin life as a genuine VAG part, as we modify them they are not covered by any typical VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda, etc warranty.

- The photographs show the very early batch of these injectors with the AKS logo laser etched vertically on the body of the injector. Going forward our logo will be laser etched around the body of the injector horizontally once we are tooled up for this.
