AKS Tuning Upgraded Propshaft For EA113 TFSI 4WD Models - AKSEA113PROP

On high power EA113 4WD / Haldex vehicles it is possible to break the factory propshaft centre joint with ease, the extra torque being far beyond the car as it left the factory can sheer the central joint of the propshaft. This is our answer to not have to worry about this issue again when building a big power TFSI, 4WD platform car.

Our very first upgraded propshaft has been tested on a 700bhp DQ500 converted 8P S3 for over two years now, plenty of hard use and trips to santa pod, and suffered no fatalaties. Unlike stock propshafts on this particular vehicle... More propshafts have since been fitted on other high power TFSI models and have been saving owners a lot of headaches and frustrations from frequently having to replace stock propshafts.

Surcharge Options Explained...

If you select yes and pay the £500 surcharge - AKS Where available will provide you a modified propshaft for fitment to your vehicle, then once fitted and the original propshaft is removed we require your old propshaft back to refund the surcharge of £500. The refund of the surcharge is subject to the condition and usability of the returned propshaft to be made into one of our upgraded props. The cost of the surcharge does not cover return shipping of your existing propshaft to AKS so this will need to be organised accordingly by the purchaser. If you do not return your original propshaft to us, we cannot refund the surcharge. On succesful reciept of your old propshaft once inspected, AKS will refund the value of £500 to the purchaser via the same payment card / method in which the order was placed.

If you select no and do not pay the surcharge - Your propshaft will need to be removed from your vehicle and sent into / dropped off at AKS tuning for the upgrades to be carried out. Or, you will need to purchase a TFSI propshaft to send to us for the upgrades to be carried out on. This is obviously subject to the condition of the part being suitable for the upgrade, so we encourage the condition to be checked thoroughly before going down this route. On reciept of your propshaft, we will either supply you a pre upgraded propshaft if available, or turn yours into an upgraded propshaft.

- Due to the size / weight of the item it is collection only. We cannot currently offer shipping in the UK or outside the UK.

- You are not able to purchase this item through our website, please contact us first with your vehicle details and which surcharge option you require and we can advise availability / organise accordingly.

- Does not include bolts for reinstall, these can be purchased seperately if required.

- Does not include new propshaft donuts, if you wish to renew these at the same time this would be at an additional cost.
