Uprated EA113 TFSI K04 Turbo Wastegate Actuator For Stage 2+ - 4737

This wastegate actuator is produced in the style of the OE K04 part, but with a stronger internal spring to suit vehicles running more boost than stock. Specifically, this is often required when looking to maximise a high output stage 2+ or Anti surge core map from custom tuners such as the team over at R-tech. You wont require this actuator for a Revo 2+ map. If you are not sure if you require this part or not for your 2+ map, we would advise you to double check with your chosen mapper before purchasing!

When purchased from AKS Tuning these actuators will be checked to 100nm. Should you wish to check this for any reason / different requirements you will require a digital force gauge and pull tester to set up your actuator to a different weight. Suitable for all factory EA113 TFSI K04 models, and any K03 vehicle that has been K04 converted. However typically only required for factory K04 Models for stage 2+
