Clearance - Project 9 High Flow EA888.X Fuel Pump Cap

Only applicable for EA888.X Engines

Fitting

A 46mm 6 point deep socket is required for install, this is not included in the kit.

You will need Loctite 545 for install, this does not come with the cap!!

Please use Loctite 545 on the large threads of the cap into the fuel pump. We reccomend torquing to 165NM on the cap but in 4 stages, start at 90NM, then 120NM, 145NM and 165NM to finish. Dont start the car for at least an hour after fitting and then check over to ensure everything is tight and you have no leaks before driving.
